(Guests must provide their own wireless enabled laptop. The villa is set in well maintained gardens. It has a floor area of approximately 2000 sq ft comprising of 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. There is ample off road car parking, using the driveway or in the integral double garage, which also houses the washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board. All linen and towels are provided during your stay in our luxury villa Please provide your own towels for when you visit the theme parks, beaches and around the pool. For the convenience of our guests with young families, we also provide -Free- use of a crib/cot, hi-chair, stroller. Private Pool With stunning views overlooking the golf course. The fully enclosed extended pool deck with over-sized 26ft x 12ft totally South facing swimming pool where you will not be overlooked whilst you swim or sunbathe. It is complete with -New- high quality pool furniture which comprises of 4 luxury deep cushioned chaise loungers, 4 deep cushioned dinette chairs and a large family dining table. There is a large lanai (covered area) which leads directly into the villa. Ideal when you need a few moments in the shade and away from the sun. For those warm evenings around the pool, there is lighting provided in the lanai with floodlighting in the pool. There is also a pool cover available to help maintain the water temperature. All poolside access doors fully comply with local regulations and are equipped with alarms to deter young children from entering the pool area when unsupervised. Open Plan Great Room A spacious downstairs open plan great room with vaulted cathedral ceilings. It has three sofas, one of which will convert into a queen sized sofa bed. Included is a 51 inch wide screen cable TV, VCR/DVD and CD player and stereo unit, together with a selection of DVD's, videos and CD's. The patio doors lead onto the lanai and overlook the golf course. There is also a separate guest toilet and garage access. Formal Dining Area There are two areas for dining, the formal dining area which features a large glass topped table with seating for six people and a breakfast nook within the kitchen area with four further place settings. For your added enjoyment, there is also a full sized Pool Table. Kitchen The fully fitted kitchen comes complete with a large fridge/freezer with ice and cold water dispenser, microwave oven, stove, toaster, electric can opener, coffee maker, waste disposal unit and dishwasher. You will also find all the necessary cooking and dining utensils essential for your stay. There is a telephone available for -Free- local calls. Long distance calls require the use of a phone or credit card. There is also a breakfast nook within the kitchen area complete with a table, four chairs and a complementary use of child's high-chair. Also located here is a newly installed wireless router for connection to the Hi-speed internet. Guests may freely use this service with use of their own wireless enabled laptop. Why not take a dip in the swimming pool before or after breakfast, or when you are back from the theme parks? Downstairs Master Suite With a view across the pool deck and golf course, the downstairs large master suite comes with a queen sized bed with a memory foam mattress topper, dresser, bedside cabinets, ceiling fan, radio alarm clock and 28 inch cable TV and DVD player. The master suite leads into the en-suite bathroom, shower and toilet and is complete with hairdryer and large walk in closet. Patio doors lead out onto the pool deck. Upstairs Twin Bedroom Upstairs there are three bedrooms. Bedroom 2 is a spacious double bedded room with bedside cabinets, dresser, cable TV and a large closet with a vista over the 4th fairway of the golf course. Bedroom 3 is a large 'dolphin themed' twin bedded room with bedside cabinet and large closet. This bedroom is also equipped with its own TV and Sony PlayStation 2 which will also play DVD's and CD's Bedroom 4 is a large twin bedded room with bedside cabinet and a large closet. This bedroom is also equipped with cable TV These bedrooms all share the family bathroom, shower and toilet. The Local Area Our holiday villa overlooks the 4th tee on the Polo Park East golf course and is only five casual minutes walk away from the 400 acre Lake Davenport with its own fishing boardwalk and boat ramp. The Lake is surrounded by a conservation area which makes it an ideal setting to experience the local wildlife and watch the glorious sunsets. Entrance to the Community At the entrance to Esprit there is a bank, petrol station, Subway fast food outlet, hairdressers, Indian restaurant and gift shops which are all conveniently situated. A number of large, well stocked Publix and Winn-Dixie supermarkets are under five minutes drive time away and a -New- nearby Wal Mart 24hr superstore which has just opened, is only a few minutes away North on the US27. Community Pool The community also has its own large private swimming pool with covered cabana and sun deck together with two tennis courts and a basketball court. It is ideally located for lakeside walks and picnics. There is also a small public library nearby on the US192 which allows guests 30 minutes -FREE- Internet access per person per day. There are also numerous and varied take-away food outlets close by, many of which will deliver directly to your vacation rental. The community is also ideally positioned. Being at the western end of the US192 Highway, it offers quick and easy access to Disneyworld and all the other major Orlando attractions.
