Orchid Villa is set on Sunset Ridge Davenport on the US27 near the I-4. The villa is located on a gated comunity and is set in a quiet corner of the estate and backs onto conservation ground. The villa has 2 queen master bedrooms en-suite one with pool access and 3 twin bedrooms with seperate bathroom, there is also a den with a sleeper sofa, all bedrooms have tv and there is wirless broadband internet access available and a PSP3 games console (additional security deposit required for PSP3) There is also a fully fitted kitchen and a dining area, the utility room has a washer/dryer. The pool has an extended deck area and has a safety fence around the pool. All exits are alarmed for security including access to pool. Ther are a number of shops and restraunts close by to the estae and a short drive away theer are larger stores such as Walmart and Publix Disney World can take from 15 minuits to get to dependant on which park you were to visit. MCO airport can take 25 minuits to get to and Sanford airport can take 40 mins to get to.

A deposit of $200 per week of stay required at time of booking, also a refundable security deposit of $250 is required and will be refunded within 30 days of leaving subject to villa being left clean and free of any damage or abuse of service provision.
